Do you offer financial aid?

While we don’t offer financial aid, we do offer 6-month payment plans for Abeka Academy full-grade enrollments.

Will I get a monthly financial statement?

Yes, statements will be sent on the weekend following the first Friday of each month. If your payment is received after the due date, a 1.5% late fee will be charged on all overdue balances.

Can my credit or debit card be charged automatically for my monthly payment?

Yes, you can choose to have the amount automatically charged to your card each month.

What happens if a payment is late?

If a payment is late, video streaming will be stopped and work will not be graded for the accredited program until payment is made. A 1.5% late fee will be charged on all overdue balances.

How do cancellations work?

Abeka Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on full-grade enrollments. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us to cancel. NOTE: All books must be returned in new, unused condition for a full refund. (If you're in the contiguous U.S. or Canada, you can request pre-paid shipping labels to return books by UPS.)

If you’re cancelling after 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible. You’ll be responsible for the cost of the program until you contact us and receive a cancellation confirmation number. Cancellation costs will be based on the time enrolled, not the number of videos watched or work completed. Refunds are not available after 90 days from enrollment.
